Villa Papillon is a modern holiday home with a swimming pool inspired by the beauty and delicacy of butterflies, which is what its interior exudes.

Villa Papillon is located only 12 km from the city of Poreč and the sea, in the village of Kaštelir on the west coast of Istria, and is surrounded by numerous olive groves and vineyards. Guests are offered a rich gastronomic offer in nearby Istrian taverns, wine cellars, shops, coffee bars and numerous bicycle paths.

In its fenced yard of 300 m2, guests have at their disposal 6 deckchairs, a sofa, a Weber Spirit gas grill and a 32 m2 swimming pool. We also offer a trampoline for families with children and equipment for badminton.

A villa with a pool and solar energy supply for 8 people with a total area of 160 m2 is spread over two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor we find a large living room with a sofa and a swing, a spacious kitchen with a dining area and a Barista Pro coffee machine, one smaller room with a double bed and a shower/toilet. Upstairs there are a total of three air-conditioned bedrooms, a comfortable office area, which is ideal for digital nomads, and a balcony with a view of the sea. Each of the rooms has its own SAT-TV and a large double bed that can be separated into two separate beds. One of the rooms has its own shower/toilet, while for the other two rooms there is another shower/toilet in the corridor. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or bachelor/bachelorette parties. The youth group in this facility consists of people aged 26 or under. It is not allowed to book this accommodation if you are a group of young people or planning a bachelor/bachelorette party or any other party, because your reservation will be rejected after you have made the reservation, which can happen upon your arrival at the facility or during your stay. In this case, the money will not be returned to you.

Villa Vanesa is newly built holiday house with private pool, consisting of two floors. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living area with access to the terrace, one double room which is equipped with private bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with double bed, private bathroom with shower and a shared balcony (both of the rooms have access to the same balcony) and one bedroom with two singe beds and a private bathroom with shower. In front of the villa there is a swimming pool of 32m2, covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and a private parking for two cars. Every balcony on the floor has garden furniture so the guests can enjoy a stunning view overlooking the sea in the distance and the beautiful green surroundings, also ping pong table is in garden. The bed linnen and towels are included in price.
