The comfortable two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of the residence house. It is ideal for a maximum of 4 people. The apartment consists of an equipped kitchen with kitchenware and a dining area for 4 guests, a comfortable living room with a sofa and Smart TV, a bathroom with a shower, two bedrooms with double beds and an extra toilet with a washing machine. The apartment has a spacious terrace with a seating area and a small terrace. There is also a parking space in the garage that guests can use during their stay.

Group of young people are not acceptable.

Today it is known for its large selection of accommodation, first-class events and activities, which can be enjoyed by a guest. It is a place with a long and turbulent history. In the vicinity of Porec there are many interesting attractions: the Brijuni National Park, the Höhle Baredine, the Pazin Höhle, the Lim Bay and a beautiful town - Venice.
