The living room is modernly equipped so that you can watch TV or read in an elegant atmosphere. Satellite TV with German channels is available. Next door is the dining area, where 8 guests can gather around the dining table. The spacious and bright kitchen offers a gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher. Two modern double bedrooms with wardrobes and access to the terrace and a shower room are on the ground floor.

In the upper part of the house there is a living room and a kitchen, as well as a second terrace, which is also furnished with the obligatory umbrellas, so that you can eat outside even at noon.

The two remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. Every bedroom have own bathroom.

Each living room and bedroom has SAT TV and the whole house is covered with Wi-Fi signal. Summer kitchen also has fully equipped kitchen.

Outside, of course, the large swimming pool of the property invites you to jump into the cool water. Garden and barbecue facilities as well as parking on the property are also available.

On two floors we offer 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and in the living area another sleeping possibility on a sofa bed. Connected to the living room is the dining room with dining table for 8 people and a matching bar divides the living area from the fully equipped kitchen. There is a bathroom with a bath and 2 bathrooms with a shower. Living room also has exit on the balcony with garden furniture. Apartment also offers washing machine, ironing board and iron, as well as an electric kettle. Parking is in front of the house. Quiet area with apartment house, 10 minutes walk from the center and the beach.
